An Autumn-Themed Floral Color Palette for a September Wedding
Although I don’t focus on designing wedding florals for brides, occasionally I’ll take on a fun project and this was one of them! When Kari requested an Autumnal color palette in rust, burgundy, and terracotta, I knew I would love to work on creating seasonal wedding florals for her.
Autumn-Themed Flowers for a September Wedding
Below are the flowers we picked for Kari’s wedding. She ordered 2 Bulk Buckets to DIY some flowers for the reception in addition to the bouquets and wearables I made for the wedding. Scroll down for more!
The Bridal Bouquet
I was going for a lush, romantic feel to the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. Finished with a bit of silk ribbon and they turned out so good!!
The Wrist Corsages
These were a first for me! I’d never made wrist corsages before and went with these gorgeous dried ranunculus. The flowers were glued to a brass wrist cuff.
The Boutonnieres
Another fun dried flower element to this wedding. More ranunculus, some dried grasses, and a bit of burgundy ribbon make these boutonnieres really special.
