Hey local queers – let’s do it again!
Our last Wildflower Walk was such a lovely time so I’m bringing it back with a free Sunset Nature Walk on Friday, July 18 at 6:00 PM at Champoeg State Park.
RSVP for Free Below
Come take in the beauty of the prairie at sunset - wide open meadows, so many birds, forest trails along the river, and a welcoming queer community. After our walk, bring a picnic and stick around to relax and connect with new friends.
This will be a casual, low-key walk, perfect for chatting, nature-spotting, and just enjoying each other’s company. We’ll stroll for an hour or two along a mix of paved paths and uneven grassy fields, so wear comfy shoes.
A little about me: I’m Hayden - a queer woman who lives just across the road on my flower farm. My family has called Champoeg home for six generations, and I’m excited to share some of my favorite outdoor spots with you. Living rural can feel isolating, so I started these meetups as a way for small-town queers (and our allies!) to connect, explore, and find each other.
