DIY Bouquet Bar Rental for Bridal Showers, Birthdays & Events in the Willamette Valley
Make your own bouquet with homegrown flowers
What is the Bouquet Bar?
The Big Oak Bouquet Bar is a rental experience where I bring the farm to your party. You get 9 buckets of seasonal, chemical-free flowers and foliage grown right here in St. Paul, Oregon, plus the bar setup to display them. Guests pick their stems and build their own bouquets to take home.
You don’t need to anything but clear out a space for me to set up the flowers!
Starts at $350 for making up to 10 bouquets, with pricing going up $30 per person from there. I can do up to 20 bouquets per event with each person using 15 stems.
What’s included in the Bouquet Bar?
With your rental, you get:
The bouquet bar and 9 buckets, fully loaded with seasonal flowers and foliage
Free delivery and pickup within 20 minutes of St. Paul (delivery fee of $50 outside that range)
A step-by-step bouquet guide so your guests actually know what they're doing
The option to add me as a workshop host for hands-on instruction (priced separately)
Who books this?
Bridal showers. Birthday parties. Book clubs that like to get a little fancy. Girls nights that need an activity. Bachelorettes. Galentine's. Company events where someone finally had a good idea.
Honestly, any excuse works. Flowers make everything better!
Why local flowers matter
These aren't grocery store carnations shipped from a warehouse. They're grown by me on my family's land where my ancestors have farmed since the 1800s. When you book the bouquet bar, you're supporting a queer, woman-owned farm in your own community and your guests go home with something beautiful they made with their own hands.
How do I book the Bouquet Bar?
Send me an email and let’s make it happen! Give me your date and location and we’ll get you on the books. Summer 2026 is booking up quickly, so please give me as much notice as you can!

Bouquet Bar FAQ’s
What's included in the bouquet bar rental?
The rental includes the physical bouquet bar, 9 buckets filled with a mix of seasonal flowers and foliage, delivery and pickup, and a printed how-to guide for your guests. You can add a hosted workshop with me for an additional cost.
How much does the bouquet bar cost?
The base price is $350 for a minimum of 10 bouquets. From there, pricing increases by $30 per person. The maximum is 20 bouquets per event.
How many people can the bouquet bar accommodate?
Between 10 and 20 people. Each person makes 1 bouquet using 15 stems.
Do I need to hire you to host, or can we run it ourselves?
Either works. The rental comes with a step-by-step bouquet guide so your group can do it on their own. If you want me there to teach and guide everyone, I'm available to host as an add-on.
How far do you deliver, and is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free if you're within 20 minutes of St. Paul, Oregon. Outside that area, delivery is $50. I also come back to pick everything up after your event.
What kinds of flowers will be in the buckets?
Whatever's blooming! The flowers are seasonal and grown on my farm in St. Paul, so they change throughout the year. I can do my best to accommodate specific color requests and I can tell you what's likely to be in season when you book.
How do guests know how to make a bouquet?
Every rental comes with a printed guide from me walking through exactly how to build a bouquet. I've taught total beginners and it's genuinely not complicated and playing with flowers is so much fun. If you want extra support, add the hosted workshop.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for spring and summer dates. I'd recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks ahead for weekend events.
Can I choose specific flowers or colors?
Yes. I will do my best to fit your requests but I have to rely on Mother Nature, since everything is seasonal and farm-grown. But I'll always let you know what to expect before your event, and I do my best to have a good mix of colors and textures.
What kinds of events is the bouquet bar good for?
Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, girls nights, book clubs, baby showers, team building, and really any gathering where you want a fun activity everyone goes home happy from.
Meet your Farmer
My name is Hayden Smith. I came back to the family farm in my 30s after a decade of city living. Turns out, ‘living the dream’ isn’t what I thought it would be and now I’m back with my hands in the soil, happier than ever.
I’m a 6th-generation Oregonian, growing flowers and building my life in St. Paul on the same land my family has farmed since the 1800s.
The farm has changed a lot since then. A queer, woman-owned flower farm would not have existed back then. But today, I’m here to bring a little joy to your life with my homegrown bouquets. I can’t wait to share them with you!
