Fall Bouquet Workshop

  • Berry Creek Garden 1140 Northeast Alpine Avenue McMinnville, Oregon, 97128 United States (map)

How to pick, forage, and arrange seasonal flowers

Located at Mac Market in McMinnville, OR

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to create a beautiful seasonal arrangement using fresh-cut flowers from Big Oak Flower Farm, along with foliage, branches, seedheads, and other treasures gathered from the garden and landscape around us. We'll talk about easy-to-grow flowers, unexpected plants that make great bouquet ingredients, and simple techniques for creating arrangements that feel natural, abundant, and uniquely your own.

During the workshop, you'll:

  • Select your own blooms from a beautiful collection grown by Big Oak Flower Farm

  • Create a seasonal arrangement in a mason jar vase to take home

  • Learn how to incorporate flowers, native plants, shrubs, trees, grasses, and foraged materials from your own garden into future arrangements

  • Discover plants you can grow specifically for cutting and arranging

  • Make new friends!

Feel free to grab a bite or a drink from Day by Day or a slice from Honey Pie Pizza before or during class. Afterward, wander through the nursery, ask questions, and explore plants that can help you bring more beauty, pollinators, and seasonal color into your own garden.

You'll leave with a finished arrangement, fresh inspiration, and a new way of looking at the plants growing right outside your door.
